Terms of sale

These terms of sale apply to any purchase of digital content from Zapz Studio in its apps, in particular GaijinToSensei (gajintosensei.com). Any purchase implies their acceptance.

Zapz Studio sells digital content not supplied on a physical medium: on GaijinToSensei, packs giving access to the lessons, exercises and mock exams of one or more JLPT levels (N4, N3, N2, N1). Each pack's content is described on the app's pricing page before purchase.

Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included, on the app page and repeated on the checkout page. The price that applies is the one displayed when ordering. For reference, at the update date: N4 pack €12, N4 + N3 €22, up to N2 €30, up to N1 €36.

Orders are placed from a user account in the app. Payment is one-time, by card, through Stripe, a secure payment provider. Zapz Studio never has access to card details. The order is final once Stripe confirms the payment; a receipt is sent by e-mail.

Delivery is digital and instant: the purchased content is unlocked on the buyer's account as soon as payment is confirmed. Access is granted for life, meaning for as long as the service is operated, with no subscription or extra fees. It is personal and tied to the account; it cannot be transferred or resold.

Under French consumer law, the buyer has 14 days from purchase to withdraw. As an exception (article L221-28, 13° of the French Consumer Code), this right no longer applies once performance has begun with the buyer's prior express consent and acknowledgement that the right of withdrawal is lost, that is, once the purchased digital content has been accessed. This consent is collected at checkout.

If the purchased content has not been accessed, the buyer is refunded in full on simple request within 14 days of purchase. Details are in the refund policy.

Zapz Studio strives to keep the service available and the content in line with its description. In case of non-conformity, the buyer benefits from the legal conformity guarantee for digital content and may request that it be fixed or, failing that, a refund.

Complaints can be sent to Contact e-mail address being set up.. If a dispute is not resolved, a consumer buyer may use a consumer mediator free of charge or the European online dispute resolution platform.

These terms are governed by French law. Consumers keep the protection of the mandatory provisions of their country of residence.
